Processing Time:
Each artwork is handmade to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for creation before dispatch. I’ll confirm expected completion times when you place your order or commission. I always try to do my work in less time than that but please manage your expectations and order in time for holidays or special events/gifting.

Delivery Method:

All UK orders are sent via tracked delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery normally or courier).

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

Packaging:
All artworks are packaged securely to protect against damage in transit. I reuse recyclable materials where possible to reduce waste.

Delays & Responsibility:

Once your parcel has been shipped, I’m not liable for courier delays or issues outside my control.

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact me — I’ll help investigate with the courier.

Delivery Address:
Buyers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. Orders cannot be re-sent or refunded if the wrong address was supplied.

International orders, Customs & Import Fees:
UK customers won’t normally incur customs duties. For international buyers, any import taxes or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. The normal listed fee is for UK orders, international orders may require a different fee or not be available depending on destination.

Custom Artwork & Commissions:
All pieces are custom-made to order and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day “change of mind” return right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because the buyer changes their mind or dislikes the result.

Progress & Approval:
I keep you updated during the creation process (for example, sketches or proofs). Once a design or stage is approved, no major structural changes can be made without additional cost.

Damage or Defects:
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Depending on the situation, I’ll offer either:

A replacement (if possible), or

A refund minus non-recoverable costs (for example, Patchy fees and transaction costs).

Damage caused after delivery (e.g. improper handling, display, or framing) is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Digital Artwork:
Digital art files are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded. If a file is corrupted or incomplete, I’ll resend a working copy free of charge.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible.

Processing may take up to 10 working days.

Platform and transaction fees (Patchy 5%, Stripe/PayPal charges) are non-refundable.
