We highly recommend setting up Two Factor Authentication to keep you account secure.

To Setup 2FA go to the ‘Setup 2FA‘ tab on the Account Dashboard and follow the steps provided.

However if you wish to disable 2FA you can do so on the ‘Setup 2FA‘ tab on the Account Dashboard at any point after activating 2FA on your account.

Recovery codes can be used if you lose access to the authentication service / phone used to setup 2FA.

When activating 2FA you will have been provided 5 recovery codes for download, use one of these codes to access your account and mangae you 2FA settings

If you have lost these recovery codes please contact us via the form on the Support Centre and we can provide you with another set following verification.
