Personal Data associated with the following will be either deleted or anonymised after the given time period:

Type of data Time Period Held Method of Removal
Inactive Accounts    16 Months Deleted
Pending Orders    1 Month Deleted
Failed Orders     1 Month Deleted
Cancelled Orders      1 Month Deleted
Completed Orders N/A * Deleted

An Inactive Account is classified as one which has not been logged in to, or placed an order from the specified time period.

Pending Orders are those which remain unpaid and may have been abandoned by the customer.

Failed Orders are those which no payment was ever collected for and may have been abandoned by the customer.

Cancelled Orders are those which remain unpaid and or have been cancelled by the store owner or customer.

* We hold on to the data associated with a completed order until the account is determined as inactive and deleted, to allow for communication between the store owner and customer and for reviews/returns to be completed.

Upon Request we can start the process of the erasure of your account and or personal data associated with your account.

Please note this cannot be undone and upon request all information about your order history, downloadable files, sales and any other information associated with your account will be deleted.

To complete the erasure request you will need access to the email associated with your account, so that we can confirm that you’re in control of the account in question.

If you would still like to remove all of your data from this website and delete your account, please fill out the following form and we will be in touch shortly.

Alternatively you can delete your account by going to Account Dashboard > Account Dashboard > Delete account and entering your password.
